Declaration of Consent for Advertising Measures
I declare my consent (confirmation-checkbox) to DMG MORI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, Gildemeisterstr. 60, 33689 Bielefeld; DMG MORI Global Marketing GmbH, Antoniusstr. 14, 73249 Wernau and the regional sales and distribution companies of the DMG MORI Group, informing me about products and services as well as DMG MORI events and campaigns by email, post or by telephone for advertising purposes in the future.
To this end the aforementioned companies will process the following data that I have provided:
title, academic title first name and surname
business address incl. the name of my employer
- business contact data
(e.g. email address, telephone, fax number, mobile phone number, position in the company)
The legal basis of the processing is Art. 6 (1) GDPR. There is no contractual or legal obligation to provide the data.
You have the right to object at any time, free of charge and free of any disadvantages, to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purposes of such advertising. This can be effected by means of an email to disagree@dmgmori.com or a message sent to the contact data indicated above. Once I have withdrawn my consent, my personal data will no longer be used for advertising purposes – apart from permitted processing for other purposes – and will be deleted immediately. I am aware that my data may be processed for the aforementioned purposes until such time as I withdraw my consent.
In addition to my right of withdrawal I also have a right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), the restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and to object to the processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Furthermore, I may lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority at any time concerning the processing of my data.
