With DMG MORI SinuTrain, NC programs can be created, tested, and simulated just like on the machine control. The included DMG MORI-specific machine adaptation adjusts the SinuTrain base version to all necessary functions of the real machines. For shop floor programming, NC programs can be created, tested, and simulated just like on the real machine. Generally, the following functions and technologies are supported: Siemens Shopmill, Shopturn, turning-milling and milling-turning machines, 2D, 3D, 3+2, 5-axis simultaneous, and multi-channel structure programming. The project created, including program, tool, and zero point information, can be transferred to the machine via network or data carrier.
